Order FAQs
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest, but we recommenced signing up for an account to get the full the benefits of our website.
I’ve forgotten my password, What Do I Do?
No problem, you can reset your password by using the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page of the website which can be found here.
I checked out as a Guest, How do I track my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used, containing the tracking number for your order. If you have not received an email please get in touch – support@iotawatches.com
Can I place an order by telephone?
No, at present we do not offer orders to be placed via telephone.
How will my order be packaged?
Watches will be packaged in a rigid watch box and straps will be packed in a rigid strap box. Watches are dispatched in double walled cardboard boxes. Strap orders are dispatched in padded envelopes.
Please note that we do NOT offer a designated gift wrapping or gift receipt service.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can cancel an order prior to the dispatch email being sent out. Please contact our customer service department by emailing support@iotawatches.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you can either refuse to accept the order at the point of delivery or return the order to us using the returns slip enclosed inside.
How do I redeem a promotional code?
Any promotional codes can be redeemed at checkout by using the promo code panel. If you have any problems with an in date promo code, please contact our customer service department for further support by emailing support@iotawatches.com with further details. Feel free to place your order in the meantime and contact our team quoting your order number, we can then look into it further.
How do I contact Iota with a question?
You can contact us with a query at support@iotawatches.com, we endeavour to respond within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours at weekends.

Amending Your Order
Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
Parcelforce/Royal Mail will attempt a delivery 3 times to your chosen delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third try, the item will be returned to Iota.
If you would like a redelivery to be arranged to the same or to a different address, a separate fee may apply. Contact our support team for more information - support@iotawatches.com. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
Delivery Times & Costs
Shipping is Free for all countries listed above.
Orders to the UK and Europe usually arrive within 3 - 4 business days.
Orders to the United States and rest of world usually arrive within 5 - 7 business days.
All orders are shipped using Parcelforce/Royal Mail services. A tracking ID will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. All our deliveries are insured and will require a signature upon delivery.
Important Info.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm (GMT - Monday to Saturday) same day, however we cannot guarantee this.
