What's your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are can returns goods purchased directly from us within 14 days of receiving the order. The item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and re-sellable. Please include the original packaging along with any protective coverings or films.

All items must meet our returns policy terms, otherwise items will be sent back to you at your expense.

What's the return process?

To make a return please email our customer support team at returns@iotawatches.com with your name and order number. You will then be issued with a returns ID prior to returning any items to Iota.

A flat fee of £5 will be deducted from any refund to cover handling and restocking fees (unless goods are faulty). The costs to return the items to Iota are the sole responsibility of the customer, however you may use a courier of your choice but we ask that you ensure the return has a tracking ID so you are protected in the event or the return being lost of stolen in transit.

Payment Security


We accept orders for the UK and Ireland using major debit and credit cards and Paypal including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.

Our payment processing partner is Stripe who are Level 1 PCI DSS certified, the most stringent certification level. All payment information is transmitted using SSL encryption over https protocol.
